With Texas native Renea Dayton at the helm, this onetime-gas-station-turned-market is a community hub for locals, offering food and florals. Fare like salads, tuna melts, grilled cheese, cookies, macroons, and smoothies are on the menu. Custom floral arrangements like floral crowns, cuffs, and boutonnieres are a draw for customers. Special events and gatherings are often hosted here, in addition to workshops on floral design and wine.
For post-hack fare, Hayfields Market serves a farm-fresh menu that includes pork tacos, veggie wraps, and avocado toast, as well as a bakery full of sweet treats. Local produce, a wine bar, fresh-cut flowers, and gifts round out the rural rest stop.
