From a Garden Center to a Garden… Center.
The outside pergola and greenhouse are a garden oasis. We’ve rearranged our tables and seating areas for those that come for provisions, so please enjoy the outside spaces with us – all four seasons!
Hayfields backyard has transformed from a traditional garden center into a garden cafe. In the spring and summer you will find an abundance of ferns, succulents, climbing grapevines, potted containers full of color, garden pathways, private eating spaces and more.
Let the stars of fall shine! We’re talking about pumpkins, gourds, corn stalks and mums. Warted, smooth, blue, white, tall or short – we have all varietals of pumpkins – for your decoration, carving and edible needs. Our backyard changes from lush greenery to dried fall foliage. Plus, one of our favorite holidays… Halloween!
The holiday season begins just after Thanksgiving. Hayfields will be transformed into a winter wonderland with beautiful fir trees, wreaths, swags and all the greenery you could want this time of year. Let’s not forget the fire pits, hot cocoa and hopefully a white Christmas. When January rolls around, bring out your parkas, ski hats, wool socks and sit by one of our cozy fire pits. Think apres ski! We embrace all four seasons at Hayfields and encourage you to do so as well.
